Hand in hand with an Agricultural Engineer with extensive knowledge in the field, we will go deep into the exciting world of cheese through an audio-visual presentation that is pleasant and fun. Later, we will introduce ourselves in a practical tasting with a varied table of individual cheeses paired with the best wines of our land.
Commented cheese tastings, with an audio-visual explanation of how artisan cheese is made, practical advice on care and conservation of the cheese and guidelines to follow for a good organoleptic tasting. The cheese tasting can be accompanied by other food products, as well as paired with wine or artisan beer, all presented in a table of cheeses of different cures.
Premium Gourmet Tasting, which will consist of:
- Commented cheese tasting, with a table of artisan cheeses for each of the participants, made up of 6 varieties of artisan sheep's cheese from different cured meats and a cream of artisan cured cheese. All this accompanied by the following complements:
- Colines. (bread)
- Fresh fruit or candied fruit.
- Jams or marmalades.
- Dried fruits.
- Quince.
- And paired with excellent wines of our land or with artisan beer.
- Approximate duration: 2 hours.
Basic Gourmet Tasting, which will consist of:
- Presentation with images and audio-visuals where we will learn how the authentic artisan sheep cheese is elaborated, we will know the difference between an artisan cheese and an industrial cheese, forms of conservation and other curiosities and finally we will introduce ourselves in the sensorial analysis of the cheese.
- Commented cheese tasting, with a table of artisan cheeses for each of the participants, made up of 3 varieties of artisan sheep's cheese from different cured meats and a cream of artisan cured cheese. All this accompanied by water and colines or wine from our land.
- Approximate duration: 1 -1,15 hour.
- Practical cheese making workshop, which will consist of:
- Presentation with images and audio-visuals where we will learn how the authentic artisan cheese of sheep is elaborated, we will know the difference between an artisan cheese and an industrial cheese.
- Practical cheese making workshop: we will make the cheese at home.
- Sheep cheese tasting.
- Approximate duration: 1 hour.
